They are si efficient. I called in the morning and the Jason and Simon, the technicians were here in the afternoon. My case is a bit different which sent Simon back to the office to gather some more product. I really appreciate their work. Jason is so knowledgeable and I am truly grateful for his advice. The pre-installation survey was thorough. Customer's requirement was fully understood. The technicians showed up on time and fully equipped with tools and parts. This installation involved an additional electrical water boiler which will act as a backup water boiler in case of either the existing water boilers, one for the basement or the second boiler for the main floor, fails. The connection for the basement hot water system was complete on time. I plan to have the same technicians back in the future to connect the backup hot water boiler to the main floor hot water system. This installation required an electrician to run an electrical cable from the main circuit breaker to the boiler. The company does not provide an electrician to do the wiring installation. After a month I am very satisfied with the hot water tank they put in. They did it professionally and at a good price.
