Returns Policy
Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.
There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include:
- Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
- A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
- Electronics may only be returned within 14 days. All other rules apply.
- No return accepted on special order appliances and parts.
Some products at Wah Fai Plumbing & Heating (DBA Richardson Wes Heating & Plumbing) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Gift Cards
- Tinted paint and stain products
- Products cut to length or modified
- Clearance or final sale merchandise
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to the store within the days of eligibilty, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt. See our Returns Policy for complete details, including exclusions and exceptions.
