I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Richardson Wes Heating & Pluming for their amazing service. Recently I had a hot water issue which bothered me for a while and decided to have the service from Richardson Wes instead of Milani. Their excellent service proved that I made a right decision. First of all, I’m impressed by their reception staff, Steve, who answered my calls with knowledgeable advice about my issues and scheduled a next day appointment right away for me. Moreover, he called me for all the updates after the services. The most impressive service is their boss, Richard, called me and let me know how he and the technician, Matt, discussed about my hot water problem and what Matt was going to do next. The PRV needed to be replaced and installed a temporary bypass for having hot water…… The professional technician Matthew tried hard to figure out why the hot water not hot enough and where the Bang sound came from and why the water came out from cold facet was hot…..; I’m impressed by his willingness to work on the difficulty and I can see his passion in his work. Amazing! I really appreciate his professionalism and the great job he did for me. Well done! We had Richardson Wes (華輝, Wah Fai Plumbing & Heating) replace our 12yo John Wood power vented gas fired hot water tank with a Rheem equivalent (Professional Classic series). I made an appointment last week with Wah Fai Plumbing to come to my house for a few plumbing issues I had. The technician, Matt was his name, arrived right on time. In fact, he was a little early. I showed him the different plumbing issues I had, and he fixed everything efficiently and without any problems. I was very impressed as he was very meticulous and detailed in his work. Everything was tidy and clean after he addressed all the issues. I would definitely recommend Wah Fai Plumbing to my friends and neighbors for any plumbing related work.
