Items that are opened, damaged and\/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.<\/p>\n<h3>There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>A defective item is subject to the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.<\/li>\n<li>Electronics may only be returned within 14 days. All other rules apply.<\/li>\n<li>No return accepted on special order appliances and parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Some products at Wah Fai Plumbing &amp; Heating (DBA Richardson Wes Heating &amp; Plumbing) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gift Cards<\/li>\n<li>Tinted paint and stain products<\/li>\n<li>Products cut to length or modified<\/li>\n<li>Clearance or final sale merchandise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns.
